Piazzetta Milù is the Izzo family's restaurant on Corso Alcide De Gasperi in Castellammare di Stabia. Michele and Lucia began the business as a pizzeria in 2003, and their sons have since developed it into a restaurant built around exploration and a single surprise tasting menu. Maicol leads the kitchen, Valerio manages the dining room, and Emanuele looks after the cellar. The menu, called Evoluzione, changes six times a year, drawing on the season and the family's travels and experiences.
